Cranberry
Almond AWESOME Cookies
1 cup butter
1 cup white
sugar
1 cup brown
sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond
extract
1 tsp. baking
soda
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
2 cups
slivered almonds
1 cup dried
cranberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375˚. In a large bowl, cream
together butter and sugar. Add eggs and almond extract and beat until combined.
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt and add to wet mixture. Stir in the
slivered almonds and dried cranberries. Spoon by the tablespoon onto a baking
sheet press down with sugar covered fork. Bake for 6-7 minutes or until golden
brown. Let cool and enjoy.
